Welcome our new Dead Kings family member… Koncept 20-year-old Freddie Webb is the latest British artist to emerge at the cutting edge of bass music. Under his alter ego “Koncept” the classically trained musician has already gained significant press, with thousands of views online and spot plays on key specialist radio shows. Within his first year Koncept scored himself a release on KG’s label Talkin Beatz and Australian label Cue recordings, as well as radio play on XFM and BBC Radio 1Xtra. He has also accumulated thousands of hits on Youtube including a track on UKF and some official remix deals for the likes of Hadouken, Avicii, and Martin Solveig. His productions channel a wide range of influences - from future pop to classic rock - giving everything that leaves his studio that identifiable “Koncept” sound. With demand growing for both his original productions and remixes, 2012 looks set to be an important year for the young artist.

Iain Macarthur His work can be described as surreal and unique in its own way. Using mostly pencil, watercolours and pigment pens, creating portraits of ordinary people but with them in a unusual way by, embellishing patterns and watercolour effects into the portrait to give a vivid explosion effect—transforming faces from something plain to something entirely bizarre and wonderful at the same time.
